Refund Policy for Lessons
There are no refunds on class purchase BUT you can reschedule. Please reschedule before 24 hours of the class date. Notify via chat, email, or Contact Us page. No-Show and will forfeit the class time.
Refund Policy for Social Sewing Events
There are no refunds or rescheduling on Social Sewing purchases. If you have a specific issue, please feel free to reach out to our team via website chat, email or the Contact Us page.
Waiver & Release of Liability
I acknowledge that this class and/or workshop is in an environment where machinery will be operated by myself and others including but not limited to sewing machines, steam irons, sharp utensils such as scissors and pins and other crafting tools. Use of such equipment carries with it the potential serious injury.
I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in this class and/or workshop. I certify that I am physically able to operate required machinery and equipment without constant supervision. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL) form will be used by SEW MY STYLE owned by Polieska Regalado for any class, workshop or event in which I may participate, and it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said event.
In consideration of my registration and/or purchase of a class and/or workshop ticket permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability of the following entities or persons: Sew My Style, and their owner, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents, the event sponsors and event volunteers, (B) indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during this event.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.
Legal Notice

Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Sew My Style ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Sew My Style ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations.
